Joining Collibra’s Marketing Operations team:

Collibra seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to join the growing Marketing Operations team This role leads the effective management of process and technology for the global marketing organization. You will be accountable for maintaining and improving a sophisticated project management process and corresponding systems across all marketing channels. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations. 

Marketing Operations Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Project management of marketing activities, including managing project intake briefs, ensuring assets are finalized (emails, landing pages, etc.), and hosting debrief sessions with marketers.
  • Streamlining campaign production by developing reusable project templates, managing planning and production processes, and enabling colleagues to successfully utilize all processes.
  • Proactively identifying areas to improve efficiency and propose thoughtful and achievable solutions to address them.
  • Supporting the creation, documentation, and adoption of new business processes and technology, and aid or lead in the deployment and training of the marketing organization.
  • Providing ad-hoc support, training, and cultivating growth through knowledge sharing, best practices for Martech tools. SME and Product Owner for selection of Martech.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of professional experience working in Marketing Technology as a MarTech administrator and/or MarTech product owner
  • Experience working with continuous optimization for B2B lead scoring models in Marketo
  • Experience managing and improving lead routing mechanics for a multi-national or global organization with additional complexity around territories, lines of business and market segments.
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing principles and the application of technology (such as DemandBase) in achievement of related strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in support of the marketing team and cross-functional project groups to identify, troubleshoot and remediate martech issues

  • Someone who can  balance the day-to-day maintenance of ongoing MarTech with special optimization, enhancement and capability growth projects
  • Someone who values the importance of knowledge management and process documentation
  • Someone who can visualize complex systems with workflow and flowchart tools, such as Lucid suite.
  • Seeking a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and achievement-oriented environment

Reporting to Collibra’s Director of Marketing Operations, Marketing Operations Manager's measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will be up-to-speed on the foundation of our Marketo and Salesforce instances, including a full understanding of the pipeline process, lead scoring model, and lead routing mechanics,
  • Within your third month, you will be authoring and implementing new standards for data management across the MarTech stack, including data cleansing, transforming and delivery between integrated solutions.
  • Within your sixth month, you will be accountable for the execution of continuous improvement in our customer data systems and steadily contributing to advanced use case work in marketing automation and other martech applications.
