Job Description
The Manager, Marketing Operations oversees the Medicare Prescription Drug Plans Fulfillment process and leads collection of requirements for building Medicare PDP Sales kits.
The Manager, Marketing Operations must work collaboratively with all Operations teams, Medicare business partners, Account Managers, Project Managers, Creative Team, Agency Management, Member Engagement, Telesales, Print Procurement and other internal support areas to ensure the best end results for Sales kits, while adhering to compliance requirements and delivering a quality product, on time.
The Manager, Marketing Operations must be a strategic thinker who excels at identifying process efficiencies, delighting the client, exceeds overall program success, and strives to uphold Aetna Marketing's vision and goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Subject Matter Expert on the Medicare PDP sales kit fulfillment process - including programming with the fulfillment vendor, kit structures, programming and troubleshooting• Inventory management - (stock levels, usage, reporting, etc.)• Responsible for managing the Sales Kits Build of Magnitude (BOM) and provide fulfillment vendor with all necessary data to fulfill items and kits on a yearly basis, as well as ongoing changes/additions/edits• Provide training on Aetna Fulfillment Tools and resources for the Medicare Sales Team throughout the calendar year• Develops strong relationships with all levels of the sales organization. Works with business to activate solutions for Broker, Agency, or Internal Sales Team fulfillment needs, providing support to 70,000+ external Brokers, Agents and Agencies• Serves as initial point of contact for all Medicare PDP processes, order requests/rush overrides, fulfillment system access and issues• Work with business and fulfillment vendor to implement enhancements and initiatives that support and improve the operations of the Medicare PDP business• Troubleshooting skills - anticipates problems and sees how a problem and its solution will affect other projects, people, or processes; keeps all parties informed of program status• Understand Medicare products, audiences and business objectives and ensures they are applied to client programs; collaborates with designers and writers to ensure product delivers on client promises• Present status and risks to leadership on a recurring basis• Ensure the Client's expectations are understood and managed• Cross functional for providing backup support to Commercial, Medicare Individual and Medicare Group Fulfillment Teams

Required Qualifications• 5+ years of experience Medicare business knowledge• Project Management• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically; and use a logical approach to determine the best solution/innovative ideas in ambiguous situations• Evaluates and communicates risks and issues when needed• Strong client and leadership presentation skills• States opinions clearly and can verbally update on project status, asks probing questions• Listens well and incorporates other's viewpoints into project management process• Adept at crisis management, resourceful and solution-oriented

Education
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
