The Role:
We are in search of a NA Seller Marketing Manager to manage the flawless execution of seller specific campaigns, including business and consumer sellers, across multiple channels. This person will infuse marketing principles to drive significant outcomes, work cross-functionally to drive support in plans, and identify continuous areas of improvement for customer experience, business results, and operational precision.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with seller business units to bring new seller experiences, policies, and tools to life through marketing campaigns and drive strategies to meet business goals
  • Develop marketing strategy, cross-channel go-to-market plans and a marketing learning agenda for the horizontal seller initiatives in North America
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including marketing briefs, guiding creative development and media plans, partnering with channel owners, completing ops processes to traffic and QA campaigns
  • Ensure optimal customer experience through customer feedback, oversight on end-to-end QA process and continuous monitoring
  • Collect information on results, make data driven decisions for continuous improvement and identification of new opportunities or efficiencies
  • Foster environment of innovation to tackle business challenges and increase customer engagement
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships and have a sense of curiosity to identify new opportunities and drive continuous innovation and improved seller experience

Requirements:

  • College degree required, MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of proven experience in go-to-market planning, email channel marketing, onsite channel marketing, online retail marketing or related
  • Shown success in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry
  • Performance focused individual with experience working from concept to completion, dealing with ambiguity and working toward clarity, while having a strong sense of accountability in achieving needed outcomes
  • Customer-centric and driven approach, managing performance against established KPIs while ensuring great customer experiences and high quality in results
  • Demonstrated project management experience; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize
  • Ability to establish relationships, collaborate and influence across all levels, functions, geographies - internal and external
  • Effective communication skills in large & small settings, and comfortable working with Excel and Google Docs (primarily Slides and Sheets) and marketing tools
