Marketing Coordinator (West Coast)
This position can be located anywhere in the West Coast.
In this position, you will be a member of the geography marketing team with responsibilities to project manage and coordinate marketing tactics in support of a variety of marketing campaigns. To be effective, you will collaborate closely with marketing and business colleagues in an intellectually challenging, yet supportive environment. You will work with marketing partners to execute marketing projects that 1) support the company's growth and revenue goals and 2) protect and promote a consistent global brand.
Successful candidates must demonstrate business acumen, relevant experience with marketing tools and related content, and have excellent project management, communication and team skills. The role reports to the North America marketing operations lead for the segment.

The Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Clients
- Project manage a variety of marketing campaigns and tactics
- Produce engaging plans and deliverables for reports, infographics, videos, web presence, social media, PR, live events, etc.
- Contribute as part of a broader team but also able to operate independently; a self-starter
- Support marketing partners across a variety of marketing initiatives
Excellence and Innovation
- Use best practices and marketing tools
- Demonstrate digital media facility

- Build strong relationships across marketing and the company to execute marketing plans

- Develop and update relevant marketing skills, including specialized areas (e.g., social media, product marketing, outbound marketing tools, webcasts, etc.)
Financial
- Respect hard dollar marketing budget for individual activities
- Partner with business marketing geography colleagues to share analysis about the effectiveness of marketing activities
The Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, professional services or human resources consulting
- Experience project managing innovative and and winning customer engagements
- Proven tactical marketing experience
- Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision but operate as part of a healthy, high performing team
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- A keen interest in new media and technologies
- Ease working with multiple stakeholders under pressure in an environment of continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree required
