The Marketing Analytics Manager is instrumental in enabling data-driven decisions across marketing efforts. This role collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing leads as well as the Data Science team to identify new growth marketing opportunities and optimize demand generation efforts. This position will also be responsible for managing marketing data and answering questions about our funnel data as well as other data sources, with a focus on website event data.

  • Partner with Data Science and Analytics to collect and analyze data from marketing efforts including demand generation 
  • Standardize performance metrics and determine reporting needs and attribution practices to improve demand generation visibility and insight across the organization
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable insights for ongoing optimization purposes
  • Design and manage testing methodology including A/B and multivariate testing - for marketing channels, campaigns, creative, messaging, website behaviors
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and systems team to identify, implement and utilize new tools to improve demand generation performance and efficiency
  • Manage Keap’s Google Analytics instance 
  • Assist with future campaign performance forecasting and budgeting
  • Present performance findings across marketing team and to key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required in marketing, finance or a related field
  • 3 years minimum of web and/or performance marketing analytics experience
  • Experience owning or improving GA360 or similar web analytics tool
  • Comfortable making sense of vast sets of data. Collecting, organizing, analyzing and disseminating large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate at various levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take something abstract and generate potential solutions and recommendations
  • Strong relationship building skills & a team-player attitude
  • Ideal: Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with SQL
