DYPER is a growth-stage subscription CPG company in the baby products industry whose mission is governed by making better diapers for babies and for the planet. DYPER is backed by impact Venture Capital investors who believe in our mission. We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager who is eager to disrupt the diaper industry and who wants to do their part in saving the planet.

They will work closely with the Growth and Brand Marketing teams to manage reporting and analytics to internal and external stakeholders. They will leverage our extensive customer database, website analytics, and digital marketing metrics to analyze results, identify and communicate areas of opportunity, and visualize main KPIs in a digestible format. This is a robust, zero fluff kind of role with projects similar but not limited to developing daily / weekly / monthly reporting, segmentation of customer cohorts and their behavior, connecting necessary systems and platforms to enhance our tech stack, and feeding valuable insights to the Marketing team with actionable takeaways.

What you will accomplish:

  • Support the Marketing team with analysis to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
  • Provide in-depth analysis into customer cohort behaviors and segmentation, offer/promotion tracking, website conversion optimization, and advertising creative performance to surface key insights and takeaways.
  • Develop automated reporting to ensure real-time visibility of key performance metrics across business functions.
  • Ensure website tracking and analytics are functioning properly and provide necessary insight into advertising and website performance.
  • Support marketing attribution efforts to gain a clearer understanding of the most effective channels while providing continued analysis and recommendations.
  • Leverage tools and resources like Google Analytics, MongoDB, Resonate, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Paid Search & Social Ad Managers, internal customer data/surveys, etc., to analyze and report on marketing initiatives.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed by other departments of the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar Marketing Analytics role in a digitally native company or agency.
  • Mastery of digital analytics tools and database management skills, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Meltwater, LiveRamp, SQL, Javascript, Pivot analysis, etc.
  • Experience visualizing and presenting findings to key stakeholders, including the marketing team and upper-level management.
  • Extensive attention to detail and proven history of data analysis with actionable insights with a performance marketing focus.
  • Very strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft / Google business tools.
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, or statistics is a plus.
  • Experience with building predictive models and forecasting is a plus.
  • Experience working with Resonate is a plus.
