In this role, your primary responsibility is to develop, document, implement, and maintain data frameworks and tracking strategies across all media channels (online and offline) for our clients.

The Marketing Analytics Manager role at Highnoon requires candidates to have an advanced understanding of major ad platforms, analytics platforms, tracking tools, various CRMs, and third-party integrations in order to manage all advertising performance needs as they relate to tracking, analytics, ad operations, data management, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Own data architecture for all clients by developing campaign naming conventions, a UTM framework, channel groupings and other elements to enable easy filtering and segmentation, efficient reporting and overall data quality
  • Create, update and/or maintain analytics account(s) to ensure accuracy of information
  • Integrate the necessary accounts and platforms to seamlessly pass data through various access-points
  • Implement tracking for valuable actions across web and app properties
  • Set up of data sources between marketing platforms and client websites
  • Assist the team in performance reporting and analysis
  • Support the Media and Client Services teams with implementation QC, ongoing testing and troubleshooting when issues arise
  • Google Analytics certified


CHARACTERISTICS & SKILLS

  • 4-8 years of integrated marketing experience with heavy emphasis on digital performance
  • Must have general marketing/advertising background and general understanding on industry
  • Has moderate-to-advanced experience with technical implementation
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen are a must
  • Has an advanced understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and operations across major ad platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Has a familiarity with major CRM's (Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.), email platforms, and 3rd party integrations, like Zapier, and understands how to streamline data collection while ensuring its accuracy across digital channels, websites, and CRM's.
  • Has experience implementing call tracking solutions across client web properties
  • Has experience with e-commerce website entities to lead tracking our tracking efforts correlate across Shopify, WooCommerce or custom platforms
  • Ensures quality and consistency of data collection in reporting and analytics platforms
  • Understands how to effectively visualize and use data to tell a story
  • Enjoys learning about new technology and continuously seeks to find efficiencies in everything they do
  • Ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams throughout the agency
  • Ability to verbally articulate complex scenarios into simple, easy to understand language
  • Experience with attribution modeling a huge plus
