The Loyalty Campaign Manager collaborates with internal and external contacts to manage the end-to-end execution of core loyalty communication campaigns targeted to Kroger shoppers. The Loyalty Campaign Manager continually learns and grows their knowledge of Loyalty Marketing and the systems 84.51° uses to execute campaigns. They will deliver on small to medium campaigns with a goal of delivering assigned campaigns 100% on-time (in-home date) and with no errors impacting the customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Serve as the central point of contact with their aligned client and Loyalty Marketing Consultant coordinating and driving execution of all campaign types.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration working closely with internal client teams, Creative, Analysis, Campaign Operations, and Production to ensure all campaigns adhere to Customer 1st guidelines and are delivered with excellence
- Learn the required Campaign Management tools and systems to deliver creative solutions to make customer's lives easier.
- Responsible for building internal/external client/stakeholder relationships and the ability to consult on what is needed to be delivered for project execution
- Coordinate and drive the execution of targeted 1:1 customer communication campaigns, helping to mitigate issues/risks and ensuring on-time and error-free delivery
- Manage end-to-end creative process with internal/external clients includes reviewing submitted creative assets, validating product distribution for inclusion in campaigns, issuing creative briefs, and managing the creative review and approval process
- Ability to bring forth new ideas to internal stakeholders that will drive improved processes and/or ways of working on executing campaigns
- Gain Quality Assurance (QA) skills and understanding and perform QA on all assigned campaigns.
- Ensures that all documentation and information related to a campaign is current and accurate
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of direct experience managing execution of targeted marketing communications and/or related projects
- Direct Mail and/or Digital Marketing experience, preferred
- Experience with writing project and creative briefs, preferred
- Project management experience, preferred
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization and attention to detail
