Who What Wear is looking to hire an Influencer Marketing Manager to join its award-winning culture. If you’re just starting off in your career in influencer marketing and have a love for all things fashion, beauty, lifestyle and pop-culture, we want to hear from you! 

The Influencer Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of campaigns to support the growth and awareness of Who What Wear and it’s brand partners. In this role you will be prospecting outreach targets, building external relationships, and ensuring influencer deliverables are achieved. You will be working collaboratively across multi departments and teams and assist in the day to day workflow.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a team player. This person will also have a deep rooted interest in fashion, lifestyle and beauty and be able to identify key influencers for both paid and earned opportunities. 

This position can be based in Los Angeles or New York and reports directly to the Manager, Influencer Marketing.

Our Future of Work: Who What Wear employees are working from home for the remainder of 2021; therefore, all interview and onboarding activities are virtual. Beginning in 2022, we will transition to a hybrid in-person/ remote work environment. Candidates should be open to working remotely with a requirement to work in person from time to time.

Key Duties

  • Assist with execution of sponsored content campaigns involving influencers, including: talent outreach, negotiations, briefing, asset collection, and post-campaign analysis
  • Act as a liaison between talent, internal teams and WWW’s advertisers to ensure campaign objectives, deliverables, creative direction and expectations run smoothly.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams to create high impact campaigns that deliver on client KPIs. 
  • Track multiple timelines and budgets to ensure campaigns stay on track and deadlines are met
  • Proactively source and discover new, diverse talent Work within Grin and CreatorIQ platforms to perform various tasks including maintaining a detailed database of influencers, create talent one-sheets, create wrap reports, executing gifting campaigns and other functions 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers on behalf of Who What Wear

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing 
  • Working knowledge of influencer landscape across all social media platforms with specific focus on Instagram and TikTok
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized and proactive 
  • Must be able to work collaboratively across multiple departments and teams
  • Must be a good problem solver and have strong communication skills
  • Experience working with CreatoIQ and Grin or other influencer marketing CRM platforms a plus
