Job Description The Home Lending Servicing Marketing team is responsible for developing marketing strategies for customers from the time of their new loan application (or loan acquisition) through the life of the loan. Strategies are developed and deployed to; acquire new customers, retain customers, encourage deeper relationships through expanded product acquisition and creating exceptional customer experiences that help differentiate Chase from other servicers. Strategies are developed with close collaboration from our internal partners in respective lines of business, Transformation, Sales and Product teams.
As a Product Marketing Strategy Sr Associate, you will develop marketing strategies that support efforts to; acquire and/or retain customers, inspire customers to use our tools/resources, ensure appropriate loan communication and to create differentiated experiences. These outcomes align to business objectives and delivery of new products or functionality. You'll use a broad range of tactics including but not limited to email, digital, text and direct mail to inspire customers.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships is essential. You will work closely with internal business partners as a direct Marketing contact to assist them in achieving their objectives. This may include attending regular team meetings and planning sessions and/or facilitating regular one on one sessions. Gaining insight into their organization as well as customer impacts is essential to the role. In addition, you'll work with several marketing support partners to facilitate delivery of strategies, timelines, and costs.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Effectively forecasting costs and managing budget/expenses
  • Proactive, consistent monitoring and communication of results
  • Regular use of testing strategies
  • Communication of strategy updates, deployments, performance, and barriers
  • Working within the Marketing process to deploy/modify communication
  • Executive level reporting and communication
  • Supporting Customer Experience, Product and Transformation initiatives
  • Regular interaction with key stakeholders to identify strategic business goals, customer and marketing needs and develop solutions to meet those
  • Delivering within agreed upon timelines
  • Maintaining a pristine control environment


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years industry experience, preferable across Home Lending, financial services
  • Must have partnership or strategy experience
  • Ability to work independently and create goals and vision in ambiguous or new situations
  • Ability to problem-solve and clearly articulate objectives and pathway(s) to implement new objectives
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, using both in collaboration with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Sense of urgency with disposition to execute along with a demonstrated career of successful program implementations
  • Proven exceptional relationship building skills inside and outside the organization
  • Proven experience working across departments, lines of business within large organizations
