Job Description The Home Lending Marketing team is seeking an effective marketing associate to help customers complete the purchase of a home and improve their experience of managing a mortgage. The ideal candidate will have exceptional program management skills across multiple communication channels specifically with Salesforce email development, digital marketing, and SEO best practices. They will coordinate with teams focused on strategic marketing, list development, production, and compliance/controls. The Senior Associate must be able to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities and direction. This individual should feel confident in reviewing provided messaging, ensuring creative is on-brand, focusing on a positive customer experience, and maintaining campaigns to meet strategy goals.
Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with marketing strategy owners to execute programs once project funding is approved
  • Writing creative briefs for internal and external marketing design agencies
  • Managing multi-channel marketing execution from creative development to delivery: emails, online ads/landing pages, collateral, flyers, event materials, and more
  • Partnering across a variety of internal teams, including:
    • Branding
    • Legal, Compliance, Fair Lending, Product and Risk for approval of content
    • Digital Coding/Print/Production/Fulfillment Agencies
  • Managing campaigns to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget
  • Thinking critically and making recommendations for campaign improvements to improve results, efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Contributing innovative and creative ideas as well as best practices


Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Strong knowledge of and 5+ years of experience in direct marketing/project management is required. Experience should include: Consumer marketing experience managing large-scale campaigns across email and website channels
  • General knowledge of database marketing principles, segmentation, testing and results measurement
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage the details of marketing execution including following process and adhering to strict controls
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Specific experience in mortgages, financial services, SEO, Salesforce email deployment and/or creative agency experience is a strong plus but not required
