Opportunity
Twin Health is looking for a Head of Partner Member Marketing to join our growing Marketing Team. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketer who is a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving member growth by working closely with our valued partners. Your goal will be to build relationships with partners and develop plans for launch and driving ongoing - eventually driving enrollment to the Twin Health program. This position reports to the Vice President of Growth Marketing and is open to remote work within the U.S.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be working  with three different partner types within the healthcare ecosystem: employers, providers and payers. The ideal candidate flourishes by building relationships with our partners, including leading discovery discussions to understanding each partner’s population and communication culture. You’ll also be working on developing campaign plans for launch and ongoing, driving the execution of the campaigns, and bringing our partners along.  

  • Representing Twin as a well-regarded marketing expert and thought leader when meeting with partners through developing plans, executing work, and reporting results.   
  • Using consultative approaches to deeply understand partner’s objectives, population profiles, channel needs, and the cultural ecosystem.  
  • Developing tailored marketing and communications plans to launch and grow each partner’s member population.
  • Briefing and collaborating with internal Growth Marketing and Creative stakeholders on the campaign needs – while also overseeing to ensure the delivery of strong work that will drive business objectives.
  • For each partner, we’ll want you to be their go-to subject matter expert and to develop the plan for ongoing  growth, including ongoing growth initiatives, referrals, community building.
  • Helping to develop growth targets based on what we know about each partner and strategically prioritizing to deliver. 
  • Building the org infrastructure and processes to effectively and efficiently work with our partners to outreach to prospective members.   

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Growth Marketing experience specifically with ownership of: partner campaign planning and delivery.   
  • Healthcare marketing experience is a must.  And, a strong plus for those that have experience partnering with Employers, Payors, Providers.
  • Project management expertise: a keen focus in pushing goals forward ensuring clear plans, timelines, partner context and briefs. You will also oversee the development and execution of partner campaign assets and materials.
  • Strategic problem solver - an ability to identify the root cause of a problem, prioritize how urgent/important it is, structure the key elements and exercise sound judgment in solving it.
  • A  strong passion for a revolutionary solution to reverse chronic metabolic disease.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator who understands nuance and can share detail as needed.
  • A comfort with consistent cross functional work - and a strong understanding of how to manage intersectionality and drive alignment.
  • Humility along with an entrepreneurial spirit! We want someone with a willingness to hustle, someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and someone with the desire to operate in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
