About the Growth Team 

The Growth team is a cross-functional group of marketers, analysts, creatives, and engineers who leverage cutting-edge marketing strategies, advanced analytics, and impactful creative to drive end-to-end customer acquisition. With a strong focus on continuous testing, learning, and improving, they solve complex problems and efficiently achieve their targets.

About the Growth Marketing Manager Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will launch and optimize innovative lead generation campaigns and strategies that fuel our clients' success. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be analytical, curious, and creative. You will collaborate with Client Teams, External Vendors, Product Operations & Data, and Growth Operations.

The Growth Marketing Manager will 

  • Develop and execute innovative lead generation campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge marketing technologies to achieve exceptional results.
  • Oversee day-to-day performance of lead generation campaigns, building processes, tools, and reports to manage and accelerate growth.
  • Create and manage an experimentation roadmap to test new optimization strategies, audience segmentation, creative approaches, landing experiences, and other initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and implement data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis.
  • Design and implement short and long-term creative strategy roadmaps, including industry research, briefing ad concepts, providing feedback to creative partners, and reporting on test results.
  • Engage cross-functionally with Growth Operations, Product & Engineering, and Client teams to meet growth targets and enhance campaign performance through better tooling, automation, and personalization.

About You

  • 5+ years in growth or digital marketing, with experience building and executing top-of-funnel lead generation campaigns across paid social, paid search, display/native, and organic channels.
  • Experience in ad creative testing, including developing hypotheses, generating creative assets, and analyzing results to optimize ad performance across various channels.
  • Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for tracking and analyzing marketing performance.
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing page performance using CRO tools and platforms such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar.
  • Persistent with a bias towards action and a proven track record of performance.
  • Innovative and solutions-oriented, eager to develop new approaches to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to identify trends, spot opportunities, and tell data-driven stories.
  • Precision and attention to detail, including quick spotting of unexpected performance issues and troubleshooting marketing tracking systems.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders outside of Growth Marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Python, or R for in-depth data analysis and insights generation​ preferred.

  • Annual base salary of $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experience
