Job Description Responsibilities
This person, will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and reporting of new accounts acquired through the direct mail channel. This includes working with cross functional teams to drive targeting strategy, campaign planning and testing discipline to expand/innovate the channel. Also, this candidate will track and review performance to generate recommendations based on learnings, best practices and the competitive landscape. The successful candidate will support profitability analysis on card portfolios to define appropriate level of investment and manage the channel roadmap for growth.
This candidate will lead a team of up to 4 members responsible for Acquisition Channel Strategy for Direct Mail.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong mix of analytical, channel strategy and marketing skills
  • Experience leading and developing a high performing team
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
  • Excellent communication skills
