We’re looking for an experienced and result-driven Engagement Marketing Manager to join our marketing team! We expect you to have the experience to show you can take a results driven approach to marketing programs you design, test, execute, and measure to further engagement in our innovative Upgrade Card product. This role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.
As our Engagement Marketing Manager, you will be involved in managing new programs that appeal to our existing cardholders. You will take an analytical and creative approach to help build and improve lifecycle marketing programs for Upgrade Card.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and test marketing engagement/lifecycle marketing programs and efficiencies to optimize Upgrade Card ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to design and implement new strategies or program improvements for Upgrade Card.
- Drive growth through new, underutilized, or existing channels like Email, Web, Direct mail, SMS, Push Notifications and more.
- Use data to analyze impact and performance to inform decision making
- Partner with Data Analysts to track and report on key performance metrics to senior management.
Skills:
- 4 + years of experience in product marketing, engagement or lifecycle marketing or growth marketing experience.
- Experience launching and managing data driven experiments from inception to completion or rollout.
- Analytical mindset and approach to problem solving. Ability to use engagement data to drive strategy and decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Proven success in handling ambiguity in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize high impact activities and keep multiple projects moving forward.
- Combine sound judgement with excellent written, analytic, and communication skills and the ability to work on projects with autonomy.
