We are currently seeking an Engagement Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with demonstrated results in driving user growth and engagement.  The VuMedi Education team covers over 20 clinical specialties with needs that are expanding rapidly as we grow, so this is a very exciting time to join us!

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage the email calendar autonomously, ensuring that we hit both industry monthly goals AND community monthly goals without issues
  • Set growth goals based on strategy; conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis of email performance and KPI tracking, delivering recommendations to functional team partners and summarizing updates for team leads
  • Be able to manage different email methodologies based on specialty lifecycle stage (new versus mid growth versus scaled)
  • Partner with the Product team to launch and operationalize automation; developing and prioritizing the testing roadmap, reviewing results, and iterating
  • Continuously look for ways to optimize, improve, and scale user growth, engagement and retention, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights

About you:

  • 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, ideally email or lifecycle marketing
  • Experienced in organizing a scaled email channel, including complex content planning, targeting and analytics
  • Able to manage goals from multiple stakeholders, business segments and initiatives
  • Understand how to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts on content planning and targeting strategy and with Marketing Operations on execution of delivery
  • Understand how to work with analytics to create dashboards and receive whatever data needed to optimize marketing calendar and work self-sufficiently; deeply analytical with the ability to interpret complex data to turn insights into action
  • Strong problem solving skills with user-centric mindset to understand the customer to develop hypotheses for why certain email methodologies work and why others don’t; use dat to verify and optimize your hypotheses
  • Background in healthcare, medical device, or pharma is advantageous but not required
