Employer Brand Manager, Recruitment Marketing

We’re looking for a seasoned marketing professional who will lead our global recruitment marketing efforts on the Employer Brand team. This person will develop omni-channel campaigns to create awareness and interest for LivePerson as an employer. They will build and execute marketing strategies and implement targeted campaigns across a variety of channels including social, digital, direct, and events. Responsibilities to include:
- Manage omni-channel marketing plans that identify LivePerson as a place of choice for top talent around the globe.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders from various organizations to understand their hiring challenges, strategize and define marketing plans, and then execute globally.
- Manage social media platforms, objectives, and content to build a best-in-class strategy, in partnership with the marketing and communications teams. Manage recruiting social media channels including ongoing maintenance and engagement of content.
- Work closely with recruiters to identify needs and build resources to support their targeting and relationship management techniques.
- Lead LivePerson career website and job board content strategy, regularly introducing new content to keep sites fresh and engaging.
- Define and facilitate the production of content (written, visual & video) with creative agencies or internal creative agency to help us achieve our employer brand, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion goals.
- Lead effort to incorporate diversity and inclusion messaging and representation in all materials.
- Oversee the employer brand analytics and reporting of talent campaigns; identify trends, insights and opportunities.
- Work with Employer Brand Communications manager on recruitment and employer-of-choice related press opportunities and employer rankings.
- Collaborate with Employer Brand Employee Experience Manager on translating recruiting campaigns and employer branding for internal use.
Your qualifications are:
- 8+ years experience in marketing with a focus on campaign development and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to detail a must.
- Collaboration comes naturally as does bringing a great attitude to work each day.
- Experience developing global campaigns preferred.
- Recruitment Marketing experience a plus.
