Kraken Culture Explained
Kraken is seeking a Director of User Acquisition with an innate understanding of both Organic and Paid levers to maximize the growth of Kraken’s user base with a strong ability to analyze and optimize the end to end funnel. We are seeking someone who understands and prioritizes growth mindset hacks with previous experience building User Acquisition frameworks to scale in high growth organizations.
Responsibilities
-Lead and develop the Global Acquisition Marketing function in partnership with Product Growth leaders, data scientists and analysts embedded within a cross functional team
-Ownership over all Paid and Organic marketing efforts inclusive of Paid Search, Paid Social,
Programmatic, Digital Direct, SEO, Social Media
-The role also includes leading a cross-functional pod with full accountability for acquisition targets, with dedicated leads from product, data science and analytics, creative, performance marketing and more
-Have a strong pulse on advanced and dynamic Performance Marketing strategies and technology
-Drive results based on data - Be at the forefront of our Global expansion.
-Work in collaboration with Directors for Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, User Retention, Brand Marketing, Brand Partnerships and Creative in order to realize the CMO’s vision
-Full responsibility of Organic and Paid ROI - work with Organic and Paid Leads in order to ensure success
Requirements
-10+ years in leadership roles within Customer Acquisition Marketing
-Strong experience working in competitive industries for high growth companies - Travel, Fintech, Foodtech, Crypto, Gaming, etc.
-Data driven and analytical mindset who is obsessed with Growth Marketing and thinks outside the box when it comes to growth hacks
-Previous experience recruiting for and scaling Acquisition Marketing functions to 30+ heads
-You have lead sophisticated, matrixed teams that are distributed globally
