We’re looking for an experienced marketing operations leader to help us build and scale our demand generation and progression machine. The Director of Marketing Operations will be responsible for leading a team of experts to execute, measure and optimize marketing campaigns — and for broader business analytics to help inform our marketing strategy. 

In this role you will own:

  • End-to-end marketing operations for the global revenue organization
  • Strategy and implementation of a multi-touch attribution system designed for an account-based marketing approach
  • Marketing campaign logistics within Marketo and Salesforce including campaign setup, timely and flawless execution, and measurement
  • Ongoing analysis of marketing programs and broader business performance to surface key insights and recommendations to help inform our marketing strategy
  • Budget management to ensure expense forecasts that are aligned with expense targets
  • Improvements and maintenance for processes related to operations requests and delivery to improve efficiency and to set expectations with internal stakeholders
  • Design and execution of lead nurture programs to improve lead to opportunity conversion
  • Development of a data-driven lead scoring model helping to prioritize the leads that have the highest propensity buy and to trigger automated nurture campaigns as appropriate
  • Manage technical aspects and optimization of the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and other systems and platforms 
  • Improve the data quality within Marketo and Salesforce, maintaining marketing database health and compliance in accordance with email deliverability requirements and global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.)

What you need for success

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years experience in marketing operations or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Advanced knowledge of Marketo (Marketo admin experience required; certification a plus) 
  • Advanced understanding of CRM systems and how they interact with marketing tools and channels (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of building systems and processes that support marketing and sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills and technical capability with a desire to improve processes
  • Extreme attention to detail coupled with thorough project management skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • A self-driven, diligent and hardworking individual with a strong go-getter mindset
  • Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets expert
  • Working knowledge of digital conversion measurement (Google Ads, LinkedIn, UTM tracking strategy, etc.).
  • Experience deploying multi-touch attribution a strong plus
