NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Align seasonal brand architecture strategy and innovation roadmap to ensure implementation and elevation of key innovation stories to consumer. Develop and implement long term marketing strategies for Nikes most important innovation platforms. Develop the complete end to end marketing strategies that will maximize the brands awareness and sales. Achieve comprehensive and effective marketing strategies though consumer insights, targeted marketing messaging and media that are meaningful to retailers and consumers. Lead the team and communication of innovation brand strategies with key partners across the business and key city teams at a Geo level. Drive seasonal and annual concept map alignment with cross functional partners (Communications, Design and Marketing), to ensure innovation alignment with broader business goals. Manage budgets and creative resources to develop seasonal innovation marketing plans. Deliver seasonal brand directives for activation across Nikes Global and Geo marketing & creative teams. Lead and evaluate categorical and seasonal execution. Maintain strategic alignment with consumer insights function, athlete marketing and city marketing teams to ensure a consumer led voice informs overall cat brand strategy. Lead the development of strategic marketing plans and briefs. Research and distill consumer insights to inform development of brand strategies. Engage with the consumer across men's, women's, and kids to ensure targeted programs are driving brand strategies with a consumer first mindset. Identify, plan, and creatively execute Global innovation marketing strategies to enrich local market storytelling. Partner across internal stakeholder teams (Brand marketing, communications, digital and product) to ensure programs are executed per category brand direction.

Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and Management or Marketing and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:

  • Anaqua legal system used to ensure legal approval and compliance of all marketing content;
  • Keynote, Miro Board, Air Table presentation and project management software;
  • Go-to-go market planning process;
  • Consumer reporting tools, such as social listening, quantitative & qualitative research software to inform brand strategy;
  • Organizational matrix management;
  • Translation of Consumer, Sales, and Marketplace Insights into strategy;
  • Sales Data Analytics;
  • Information gathering, information retrieval, statistical analysis, and qualitative analysis;
  • Project management, including defining project priorities and scheduling project deadlines; and
  • Global alignment of teams to complete cross-functional projects.
