Overview:

Reporting to the Executive Director, Consumer Analytics & CRM, the Director, Campaign Management is responsible for achieving Mercy's objective of building long-term, loyal & profitable relationships with customers at scale, as a means of increasing affinity, loyalty, frequency, referrals to friends, and utilization of additional Mercy services, driving higher Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) across the ministry. This position will collaborate with all of Integrated Marketing to ensure marketing initiatives are well-coordinated, planned and implemented across the ministry. The leader will perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the mission and values of Mercy.

Qualifications:

Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Computer Science required, MBA preferred


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years' experience in building, supervising and mentoring a team
  • Experience deploying a comprehensive, omni-channel CRM program
  • Marketing Automation, Database Marketing and Marketing Technology experience (Preferably Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience in customer marketing channels such as E-Mail, SMS, Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Re-targeting, Digital Display, Affiliate, SEO/SEM, and Organic Social Media
  • Healthcare experience a bonus, but not required

  • Knowledge of industry-specific measurement methods, such as customer lifetime value, propensity-to-buy, and propensity-to-churn
  • Incorporating offline (e.g., point-of-sale) and external online (e.g., CRM) data into an online marketing campaign analysis
