We have an opportunity for an Email Marketing Manager to support driving in club and online sales, as well as membership retention and acquisition. This key role will be responsible to develop, manage, and optimize the data driven programs and promotional email campaigns. This person will be responsible to onboard, retain, build loyalty, and increase lifetime value by engaging members with personalized, targeted, and relevant marketing during member lifecycle.
You will make an impact by:

  • Driving email strategy.
  • Boosting personalization efforts in email from journey building, segmentation and expanding product recommendations.
  • Championing the brand's voice, telling the quality story and deliver merchandize storytelling.
  • Managing multiple, complex, and concurrent projects.
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables/ timelines are being met.
  • Drafting creative briefs for each campaign, ensuring every communication is special incorporating the brand story and conveying product quality by leveraging static and dynamic content.
  • Managing promotional, and data driven campaigns end-to-end, including, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Reporting on campaign performance: Experience with analytics tools and reporting such as Google/Omniture for post campaign metrics to develop and present hindsight campaign reporting including learnings and recommendations to inform future planning efforts.


You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You have a solid understanding of email best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, and dynamic content.
  • You possess superior communication skills, flexibility, and grace under pressure.
  • You are comfortable operating in a large and matrixed organization with a lot of stakeholders, rapid pace, and constant decision changes.
  • You love to analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to data driven program and promotional email campaigns.
  • You are a champion in continuous advancement of our email features and capabilities including targeting and personalization.
  • You have several years of email marketing experience, executing, and managing campaigns, preferably for an e-commerce organization.
