About the Position

FiscalNote is seeking a highly talented Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all digital marketing and paid media initiatives aimed to support prospects throughout each stage of the customer journey. This role will plan and execute our presence across digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid advertising/social, and digital partnerships. In this position, you will partner with the demand generation and digital marketing teams to drive conversions for the FiscalNote family of brands.

About the Marketing Team

The Marketing Team at FiscalNote collaborates across business units to help drive sales and support the growth goals of the company using data and creativity. With a demand-generation approach, the marketing team targets high-quality leads and nurtures them with compelling content and events including webinars, blogs, lunch & learns, white papers, case studies, and the like.

About You

You are a meticulous digital marketer. Experienced in paid marketing strategies and optimization techniques, you execute and analyze to drive opportunities. Leveraging SEO, SEM, and paid ads through a variety of channels, you increase brand & product awareness with our audience to generate leads and get results. 

What to Expect in This Position:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support FiscalNote brands and products ranging from awareness to lead generation campaigns, leveraging channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, sponsored content placements and more.
• Create and implement a roadmap of digital marketing plans that will support FiscalNote’s key personas and campaigns, from idea to execution, to measurement and optimization
• Leverage a variety of digital channels including paid/organic search, paid display, paid/organic social, etc. and optimize the right mix of channels to drive results
• Define and measure the success of awareness and lead generation campaigns including articulating post-campaign results with data-driven analysis for future improvements
• Own SEO work, including optimization suggestions for our brand sites, keyword growth tracking, and quantifying the impact of search traffic
• Collaborate closely with the content marketing team to recommend SEO content opportunities to drive traffic
• Collaborate with marketing operations to build reporting and continually drive campaign performance
• Oversee and track digital marketing budget

What Sets You Apart:

• 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience, with demonstrated track record of delivering strong digital marketing performance
• Experience driving successful lead generation campaigns through channels such as paid media and SEM, including managing a budget
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMRush, and other analytics platforms to track & report on results
• Working knowledge of conversion and lead generation best practices and SEO
• Strong collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related experience
