As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Product on the B2B marketing team, you will be responsible for enabling Realtor.com’s many customers—including agents, brokers, loan officers, builders, and more—to succeed with the products and services we offer them.
We are on a mission to make the home buying and selling process easier for everyone involved. The Customer Marketing Manager, Product will ensure our customers know how to get the maximum benefit from the services we provide through developing onboarding and training flows, supporting product go-to-markets, updating our customer support resources, and optimizing communication throughout the customer journey.
You will partner closely with the B2B Marketing, Product, Sales, Account Management and Customer Care teams to amplify the voice of our customers in the organization. You will be responsible for developing, planning and optimizing marketing campaigns across all communication channels, focusing on email and in-product messaging.
You will focus on getting the right message, to the right person, at the right time. You should be passionate about improving a customer’s journey and delivering top experiences. Immediate key performance indicators for this role include product and campaign engagement metrics that will influence customer satisfaction scores, such as CSAT and NPS, increasing average customer value, and decreasing churn rates.
What you’ll do:
- Support product go-to-markets for our agent, broker and mortgage products. Develop campaigns to announce new products or product features to our customers.
- Develop onboarding and training journeys for our various customer-facing products. Work with cross-functional teams to develop content, determine email triggers, and partner with the Email Marketing team to deploy.
- Develop and improve content on our support site to best serve our customers
- Partner with Content and Product teams to surface educational content within our products to meet our customers’ needs and fill knowledge gaps.
- Consolidate communication channels and make sure our customer communication is on brand across all channels and teams.
- Develop key communications to address communications gaps across the customer journey identified in the recent customer touchpoint audit.
- Develop tools to increase sales effectiveness (e.g. sales sheets, pitch decks, trainings, etc) and support the Sales Enablement team and ensure our sales teams are equipped to best represent Realtor.com products to customers and prospects
- Execute on segmentation research to enable campaign-level segmentation in our product and marketing communications
- Implement the newly defined B2B Brand Guidelines and Positioning within our product, marketing and sales material.

- Experience working through shifting priorities and learning quickly, while maintaining organization and control
- Developed and executed customer-focused marketing projects from concept to completion that meet and exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably at a SaaS company or marketplace
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
