  • Work with subject matter experts, product line owners, and the Sales and Operations teams to define requirements for effective business model implementation
  • Collaborate with product line owners, field teams, and operations (Legal and Finance) to ensure proper implementation of programs
  • Review customer contractual documents, including subscription services obligation terms and conditions, and spot contractual red flags and exposures

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of go-to-market, product management, product marketing, or partner marketing experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise software or service provider industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related area; master's degree is a plus
  • Understanding and affinity for evolving business models for products and services via partner-focused engagement
  • Knowledge of open source technology, enterprise and cloud infrastructures, middleware, storage and systems management, support and content delivery, and entitlement models

  • Familiarity with revenue recognition rules and regulations and licensing constructs
  • Experience marketing or building products for delivery to and through distribution channels (e.g., VARs and VADs), service providers (e.g., public clouds, managed services, systems integrators, and ISVs), and hardware (server-centric) business models including original design manufacturers (ODMs) and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
  • Record of success in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
