Are you an organized, self-motivated, tech-savvy marketing entrepreneur with a passion to drive digital shelf content creation for creative advertising campaigns? That's awesome, because were looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join the eCommerce and Digital Marketing Team at our Winston-Salem, NC headquarters.

Leading a cross-functional team, you'll take the drivers seat on content creation for targeted advertising campaigns and we will look to you to optimize item listings across multiple channels to enhance our organic search ranking with top retailers like Amazon, Macys, and Walmart.

In this role, you'll drive projects of high complexityand operate with significant autonomy and discretion on a team with tremendous growth potential. If you're VERY driven and have excellent interpersonal personal skills, and you're tech-savvy and intuitive with and not shy about sharing great ideas that reinforce our marketing campaigns, we want to talk to you! The ability to accurately analyze and present content and performance is essential.

Candidates MUST have experience with Amazon Vendor Central.

Primary Responsibilities

  • The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for addressing the crucial needs below which are closely related to our listing quality, organic ranking.
    • Develop, prioritize and execute retailer.com content strategy that maximizes internal resources across multiple platforms and channels
    • Accountable for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, conversion and sales. This includes listing optimization, marketing copies, A+ contents, reviews, etc.
    • Collaborate with in-house creative team to create digital assets and leverage these assets for multiple platforms including product listing pages, storefront pages, display ads, email marketing and social media campaigns
    • Ensure advertising content is true and consistent to the brand DNA
    • Strong focus on customer needs, both existing and potential, using that knowledge to deliver a customer experience that is unparalleled
    • Measure and optimize contents and listing through ongoing A/B testing
    • Specifically, with a focus on our Amazon business and launching new brands,
      • Leverage conversion metrics to improve UX/UI of Amazon storefronts
      • Ensure accuracy of all listings in product catalog via a quarterly auditing schedule
      • Conduct extensive keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize marketing copies
      • Closely monitor 3rd party sellers to ensure brand integrity for key brands



Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 2 years consumer/customer marketing or category management
  • Experience leading or managing a team
  • Experience creating content for the web and growing and converting target audience
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Ability to analyze and present content and performance (KPI)
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
  • Deep understanding of target audience in order to create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion
  • Self-driven, project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salsify
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage frequent overlapping demands and show high attention to detail
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time
  • Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities management, and meeting deadlines
  • Innovative, team player, and have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly evolving priorities

Consistent daily attendance required; occasional off-shift support required.
