Target Location: We are dedicated to being a remote-first company; we want you to work where you are most comfortable and productive whether that be at home, in a company-provided coworking space or a coffee shop! Due to the global distribution of the Marketing team, Western Europe or East Coast US time zone/work days and hours are preferred. This is a remote role supporting EMEA, Israel, North America and Australia geographies. Time zone and work hour flexibility are a must.

About You: DoiT is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated Content Marketing Associate to support our global marketing activities. Work will focus on producing, supporting and measuring original content and communications that elevate and expand our brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate is intrigued by the prospect of building an effective, engaging, global content marketing engine and committed to broadening their understanding of and experience with inbound content strategies and cross-channel campaigns. You will champion the brand, communicate the DoiT story and contribute to increased brand awareness and audience engagement. While this role sits in Marketing, reporting to the Head of Content and Communications, you will work closely with colleagues across functions and around the globe — so the ability to work in large, cross-functional, remote teams is a must. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce and help publish content for marketing campaigns and channels, including the website, emails, blog, social media, sales enablement and more.
  • Provide general support across content and communications activities to ensure timely execution in accordance with our content strategy, comms plans and calendar.
  • Help brainstorm and execute content and comms activities for quarterly content and digital campaigns.
  • Uphold the corporate branding and messaging, and help ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar in accordance with the content strategy, cadence and objectives, and help manage tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Help monitor efficacy of team activities against select KPIs and goals.
  • Research and analyze competitor and market activity to inform future strategic decisions.
  • Help develop, produce and measure partner communications to support engagement goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, field and digital teams to ensure a clear and defined strategic message across all channels.
  • Produce content that is accurate, timely, high-quality and on brand, and review contributions from others for consistency and style.
  • Work with our public relations agency to ensure press and media opportunities are executed in a timely, on-brand and consistent manner.
  • Manage relationships with subject matter experts to make sure content is accurate.
  • Ensure appropriate policy and legal checks take place.
  • Stay up to date with trends in inbound and content marketing.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or 3 years experience in content marketing at a B2B company or agency 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to learn and gain experience and aptitude in all areas of inbound and content marketing
  • Experience with CMS and publishing systems such as Hubspot, Wordpress and similar
  • Familiarity with all relevant social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Experience working with other content producers and designer a plus
  • Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and project requirements 
  • Multitasker with the ability to adapt, work effectively under pressure and alternate between tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a fully remote, globally distributed work environment a plus
  • Experience working with technology/software developers a plus
  • Full fluency in English
