Change and Communications Manager (Remote)
Description
Large scale organizational transformation is both exciting and complicated. Humana's Enterprise Agility and Change team (EAC) supports large-scale transformations. We enable adoption and scaling of the enterprise's customer-centric operating model and other strategically important change through a defined transformation process, supporting products, coaching, and change management planning and execution.
Executing this work requiresdeveloping new capabilities to support EAC's transformation model and the people who are executingitwith our clients. As a member of one of EAC's agile delivery teams, the Change and Communications Manager will collaborate with a product owner on the WHAT of these capabilities, then determine HOW to design, develop and deliver on the product vision in service of their customers.
Responsibilities
The Change and Communications Manager will:
- Be part of a cross-functional agile delivery team developing material to support our scalable and repeatable transformation strategy and model
- Help us measure, build and communicate the business case for transformation
- Use EAC tools, guides, standards, and processes
- Facilitate or co-facilitate training events and workshops
- Request EAC product creation and improvement
- Attend and actively participate in Agile team events to contribute to continuous improvement
Additionally, within EAC and with our stakeholders in the enterprise:
- Apply change theory to enable sustainable change by creating awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement
- Interview and manage stakeholders by conducting change assessments, analyzing assessment data, and developing interventions
- Monitor "pulse" of program and sentiment and proactively identify obstacles, raise risks and identify resolution opportunities
- Monitor change and transformation metrics and develop strategies to meet OKRs
- Develop communications content and cadence that support EAC and stakeholder change and communication plans
- Help EAC leadership team build a change champion network
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3 or more years of change management or consulting experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Communication and marketing experience
- Prosci certified
- Agile experience
- Ability to operate between 8am and 5pm EST
