Job Description The Owned Media team is seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven marketing individual focused driving improved channel performance for our owned media placements on Chase.com and in the Chase Mobile App. This is a highly visible role with significant interaction with cross-functional teams across the firm. This individual must be customer obsessed, proficient at driving and influencing change, and relentlessly drive value for our customers and the firm.
Core Responsibilities
The Owned Media Strategy and Optimization Associate:

  • Assist in partnering with multiple lines of businesses to understand business priorities, support product launches and drive revenue growth
  • Assist in channel optimization and performance management
  • Help drive improvement of customer experiences, increase interactions and convert traffic into new customers
  • Drive, understand, help communicate prioritization decisions in channel strategy forums across teams including regular updating of benchmarks and thresholds
  • Continuously drive improvements through strategy and optimization of ecosystem using data to make regular and insightful recommendations
  • Partner with Ad Operations and Analytics and Digital teams to understand end-to-end digital ecosystem and performance
  • Lead various process and reporting meetings to ensure transparency of decision making
  • Help to standardize and improve tracking and measurement
  • Be a customer advocate - restlessly champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing, finance or analytical experience with expertise in digital conversion strategies and innovation, within mobile and web channels
  • Experience within data management tools such as Tablaeu
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Analytical, problem solving and planning skills and comfortable using them to have data driven conversations
  • Develops strong partnerships; recognized as a team player and works well collaboratively
  • High ene rgy, solutions oriented individual with the ab ility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship development skills; able to balance working with a large group of marketers and teams
  • Analytical mindset to take data, distill and use to drive current and future strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill and highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
