OVERVIEW

The Pillsbury RBG (ready to bake goods) team wants to capitalize on our strong in-market momentum by making a step change in the amount and scale of future innovation. To support this effort, we are seeking a Brand Associate to lead project management tasks for our Core innovation/renovation projects AND our Category Expanding innovation launches.

This role also will lead data analysis of most recent new product launches to build a playbook of best practices for future launches.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead executional project management tasks (CPW, eCLIPS, STEP) for Innovation and Renovation projects across $1.3 Billion Pillsbury portfolio
• Own and update 12Q innovation/renovation flows
• Develop and analyze innovation performance metrics to inform strategy execution and new launches
• Support Pillsbury RBG's culture and team building activities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience post-undergrad
• Skills: strong project management and business analyst/analytical mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks based on brand priorities
• Ability to analyze data and create recommended actions across 4Ps
• Ability to influence others without formal authority
• Understand how to apply brand strategy to execution
