What you will do:
- Execute the marketing strategy within a Country Team, structuring creative challenges and action plans
- Design, optimize, and localize marketing assets (posts, banners, ads) while aligning with creatives and community management
- Track and optimize Paid Social and landing page performance (CTR, conversion rate, AOV)
- Manage Influencer Marketing and TV spot production (briefs, performance tracking, voiceover localization with global teams)
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, including marketplace partnerships, ROAS alignment, and stakeholder communication.
