Marketing Analyst is responsible for the execution and implementation of marketing initiatives in the territory aiming different goals such as: brand conscientization, demand generation, client loyalty, channel recruitment and engagement, and online sales.Job description
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES• Prepare and send email marketing campaigns. • Manage translation providers by bridging the gap between them and regional and HQ stakeholders and closing demands monthly. • Ensure access to marketing materials available in time and form for the sales team (server) and partner network (EPC) ensuring they are always up to date. • Keep the conscientization portal, Digipais, updated according to new regional contents. • Manage external providers and budgets for various activities, as well as performing corresponding purchase orders and maintaining updated spending control. • Controlling stock of gifts, folders and marketing assets. • To make various reports on actions and events performed in territory. • Update of the institutional site according to global, regional and local demands. REQUIREMENTSEducation:• Marketing, Publicity and Advertising, Design, Business Administration Experience:• Between 1 to 3 years in similar activities in Marketing area Knowledge:• Adobe Package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver • Intermediate Excel (to know how to use simple formulas) • HTML knowledge (desirable) Language:• Intermediate English Personal characteristics:• Proactivity • Creativity • Attention Managerial skills:• Organization • Detail oriented • Planning • Priorization ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONTravel:• 0%Benefits
