We are looking for a proactive Marketing Trainee to assist our Marketing team with regular website content releases and other internal operations. This position is student-friendly.
Location: Lviv.
- Eagerness to learn about marketing and IT
- Basic understanding of marketing and business operational processes
- Basic AI competence and hands-on experience of using AI tools (like ChatGPT / Gemini, Claude, Nana Banana etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and responsibility
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Can-do approach and flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Good understanding of digital technologies
- Relevant work experience with CMS (would be a plus)
- Copywriting skills (would be a plus)
- 3rd-year student or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Level of English: Intermediate (at least)
- Working with the WordPress admin panel
- Executing content plan with timely publications
- Publishing new website pages in the WordPress Environment
- Regular case study and PoC publishing
- Updating current content with new functionality and content parts
- Publishing SEO-optimized blog articles
- Supporting marketing team with their tasks
- As a further growth: SEO / GEO / AEO task involvement, SMM (LinkedIn, X), email and LinkedIn newsletters preparation and publishing
- Hands-on experience with modern CMS platform
- Hands-on experience of using Claude and other AI tools for business tasks
- Motivated colleagues with profound knowledge of business development, marketing, SEO/GEO/AEO, and technical field
- A flexible working schedule (at least 2-hour match during the working time of the marketing team)
- Dive-in into various marketing channels and activities of the IT outsourcing company
