This role is in-office and will be based in our Atlanta or Miami Office and reports to the Director of Research and Marketing Intelligence.
Position Summary
The Marketing Technology Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing solutions that leverage AI, data visualization, and collaboration platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, build client-facing and internal tools, and support the firm’s strategic marketing initiatives through technology. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for innovation and a strong understanding of marketing operations within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation
Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools to automate and optimize marketing workflows.
Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions for content creation, campaign management, and client engagement.
Data & Reporting
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics tools.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing and business development teams.
Responsible for data tool creation and ongoing maintenance to support marketing and innovation initiatives.
Develop compelling data visualizations to communicate trends, performance, and opportunities.
Innovation & Strategy
Collaborate with marketing leadership to pilot new technologies and platforms.
Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and trends, providing recommendations for adoption.
Business Needs & Solution Architecture
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement the most effective solutions.
Project Management
Lead or support innovative technology projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with firm goals.
Coordinate with IT, innovation, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet security and regulatory standards.

Education & Prior Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a marketing technology or innovation role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
Demonstrated experience in data visualization and storytelling through dashboards and reports.
Experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation tools).
Ability to work with and integrate third party data sources via API
Experience developing or working with web applications and digital platforms.
Technology
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite.
Experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation tools).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) for automation and data manipulation.
