Who You Are:
You are a detail-oriented technology expert with a passion for supporting and enhancing IT systems in the retail industry. You have a customer-service mindset, including strong follow-up skills and a drive to see system issues reach a swift and successful resolution. You take ownership of both solving technical problems and supporting long-term enhancements. You have a natural ability to foster strong relationships with individuals across your organization, including technical and non-technical audiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Global business teams from Marketing, Digital, Store Operations and e-Commerce for all initiatives involving CRM and related applications/database(s) such as:
- Loyalty
- Activation Partners
- Clienteling
- Consumer App
- System monitoring for all CRM integrations (data imports, exports, processes, etc.)
- Work with vendor(s) on testing and implementation of patches and upgrades
- Deliver results with high sense of urgency and great customer service with business leads partnerships to ensure project requirements and design are in line with need
- Follow up on outstanding system issues (Level-2/3) and track/update through help desk software in accordance with company policies and service levels
- Monitor and react to service-level issues with partners and vendors and escalate to proper team members as needed
- Identify and assess issues and opportunities based on field and vendor feedback
- Create and maintain managed file transfer jobs to transfer data to/from CRM via ESB tool
- Develop detailed Design Specifications, Test Script preparation, Unit and End-to-End Testing, and cutover plans, support user acceptance testing, and execute go-live and post-go-live tasks
- Create and maintain documentation for defined processes
- Innovate and recommend solutions, and develop best practices to evolve operational technology and processes to ensure optimal efficiency
- Manage CRM Application Security Access Requests
You’ll Need to Have:
- Previous IT operation experience in big box or specialty retail environment
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting a CRM database (preferred Aptos CRM 7.x)
- 3+ years of general retail experience
- Experience with other Aptos software such as Connected Retail POS, Sales Audit, Query Designer a plus
- Must have basic Database Administration skills (SQL preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Vision, and Excel)
