As a Marketing Technology Ops Manager at Yotpo, you will focus on creating a world-class Marketing Technology stack, that will fit the business strategy. You will manage the implementation and optimization of all marketing technologies, as well as coordinate and support the marketing team to execute their campaigns effectively.
Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding the Marketing team in their use of technology.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the different marketing-related tech platforms.
- Creating and maintaining automation and segmentations.
- Implementing processes and systems to streamline initiatives and improve overall efficiency
- Staying up to date with the latest DG trends and technologies to ensure that the company is using the most effective strategies.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to nurture great working relationships with various teams and leaders
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years in marketing automation role, proficiency in Hubspot is Must
- Advantage - Experience with Salesforce and implementation of other Marketing Software
- Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and project management skills.
- Developed empathetic, user-first processes that encourage high-fidelity data entry
- You’ve made the most of your proximity to the data by surfacing which questions need to be asked and leveraging quantitative and qualitative methods to explore and answer them
- You are a collaborative team player and fun to work with!
