Manage and optimize the MarTech stack, including CRM (HubSpot) and connected integrations, ensuring tools are configured to support business goals - not just kept running
Act as the Marketing DRI while working with the internal Automations team - translate operational marketing needs into actionable briefs and see initiatives through from idea to implementation
Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes - challenge existing workflows, spot inefficiencies, and bring forward concrete ideas for what could be automated or optimized
Be the power user of the internal AI powered analytics platform - proactively find ways to self-serve reporting, deep-dive analysis, and dashboard creation, reducing dependency on the Data Analytics team for routine and ad-hoc requests
Translate marketing reporting needs into clear briefs for the Data Analytics team where self-service isn't sufficient; review outputs for accuracy and ensure they reflect actual business questions
Act as the primary technical liaison between Marketing and Data/Analytics/Product teams, translating business questions into data requirements and vice versa
Monitor marketing data health proactively - flag anomalies, performance drops, or tracking gaps and loop in the right people for resolution
Document technical processes, data definitions, and tooling decisions to create institutional knowledge the team can rely on
Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM - configuration, data model, and integrations, as well as day-to-day use
Solid understanding of marketing tracking and attribution - enough to collaborate effectively with a dedicated Tracking Team Lead, define marketing requirements, and QA outputs; hands-on implementation experience a strong plus
Familiarity with performance marketing tracking setups - paid search, paid social, affiliate & influencer tracking - including UTM governance, coupon tracking, etc.
Understanding of how data warehouses and marketing data models work - enough to prompt an AI analytics platform intelligently and sanity-check outputs against other data sources
Comfortable working with Tableau or comparable BI tools at a functional level - able to interpret dashboards, identify what's missing, and communicate requirements to a data analytics team where self-service falls short
Knowledge of automation and AI tools - n8n, Claude, or similar; enough to evaluate what's possible, challenge current processes, and brief an internal automations team effectively; hands-on build experience a strong plus
Comfortable operating without heavy oversight - identifies problems before being asked and prioritizes with business goals in mind
