About the role
Scratchpay is looking for a dynamic Marketing Technology Developer to join our team and report directly to our CMO. You'll lead the charge in implementing our content strategies across our digital platforms, especially our website and email programs. This role is pivotal to our 2024 growth strategy, championing innovation within our customer-facing technology stack. We're seeking someone passionate about harnessing technology to craft exceptional customer experiences, both B2B and B2C, and eager to bring those experiences to life through every phase of the process.
What you'll do
- Code and develop targeted email and web campaigns
- Enhance personalized content delivery using advanced testing frameworks
- Work across all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Ensure effective representation of Scratch's brand through web and digital communications
- Collaborate with LeadGen and CRM teams for daily content delivery
- Partner with Marketing leaders to evaluate strategies for ESP, CMS, and other key marketing tools
Who you are
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of responsive web design
- Skilled in creating and customizing landing pages via CMS tools or custom development
- Experienced with martech platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, and Customer.io
- Knowledgeable about email marketing systems and API integration (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid)
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets through ad hoc research and structured approaches (e.g., A/B Testing, Attribution
- Experienced in marketing automation workflows and campaign setu
- Committed to continuous learning of martech trends and technologies
What we are looking for
- 4-7 years in CRM strategy implementation and management, preferably in B2B2C or multi-sided platforms
- Proficient with marketing automation tools and CRM integration
- Skilled in data analytics using tools like Looker or Tableau
- Strong communicator, adept at translating marketing needs into technical solutions
- Collaborative team player, working well with marketers, designers, and developersExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in FinTech, HCIT, or regulated industries preferred
