Job Description: Marketing Technology & AI Enablement

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Technology & AI Enablement Professional to accelerate the adoption of AI across our marketing organization, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the impact of our creative and content workflows. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and process design—ideal for someone who understands the realities of modern marketing execution and the emerging opportunities enabled by AI, automation, and agentic orchestration.

This individual will test and evaluate emerging AI tools (including AI agents) and translate those insights into clear recommendations for the organization. They will guide and influence leaders across their business areas to adopt and effectively leverage these tools to create, customize, and scale marketing assets. In addition, they will lead the servicing and optimization of our Digital Asset Management platform, partnering closely with creative teams and external vendors to ensure solutions meet evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agents & Orchestration

  • Work with agentic AI platforms to automate marketing workflows, including asset tagging, content generation, personalization, routing, and QA checks.

  • Understand multi-agent orchestration patterns and how they can improve speed, scale, and consistency.

  • Help marketing leads evaluate when to use agentic vs. human‑centered processes.

  • Participate in experiments and pilots that explore new AI agent capabilities.

AI Adoption & Enablement

  • Lead the integration of AI tools and workflows across the marketing department.

  • Train teams on AI capabilities, use cases, and responsible adoption.

  • Identify processes that can be reinvented or automated with generative AI and agentic systems.

  • Build and maintain playbooks, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI-enabled marketing.

Digital Asset Management Ownership

  • Serve as primary owner and administrator of the DAM platform.

  • Maintain metadata standards, folder structures, taxonomy, and governance.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new team members and consistent usage across teams.

  • Drive DAM enhancements and evaluate opportunities to expand capabilities and integrations.

  • Become a power user of our creative production vendors’ tools—especially for asset customization and dynamic content rendering.

Ecosystem Orchestration & Alignment

  • Serve as the central orchestrator for AI‑enabled ecosystem workflows, ensuring seamless data, process, and insight flow across internal teams

  • Drive collaboration, automation, and operational efficiency by deploying AI tools that streamline the full sales‑enablement environment

  • Oversee content hygiene to continuously audit, tag, update, and optimize ecosystem assets for accuracy, consistency, and reuse.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini Enterprise, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, etc.).

  • Practical familiarity with agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration.

  • Ability to translate business needs into AI workflows and evaluate automation opportunities.

  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging tools and rapidly learning new technologies.

  • Able to effectively interact with colleagues as well as leaders and influence their decisions.

Preferred Experience

  • AI-Driven Marketing Workflows: Proven experience implementing AI tools within marketing operations—such as generative content creation, automated asset tagging, personalization engines, or campaign optimization.

  • Agentic AI & Orchestration: Hands-on exposure to multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks, with an understanding of how to design workflows where AI agents collaborate to execute complex tasks.

  • Prompt Engineering & Model Tuning: Ability to craft effective prompts for generative AI tools and familiarity with fine-tuning or customizing models for brand-specific outputs.

  • AI Governance & Risk Management: Knowledge of ethical AI use, bias mitigation, and compliance considerations in marketing contexts.

  • Integration with MarTech Stack: Experience connecting AI capabilities to existing platforms (DAM, CMS, CRM, marketing automation tools) for seamless workflows.

  • Vendor Collaboration on AI Solutions: Worked with external vendors to configure AI-driven asset customization tools and influence product roadmaps.

  • Change Management for AI Adoption: Led training sessions or enablement programs to help marketing teams confidently adopt AI technologies.

  • Performance Measurement: Familiarity with evaluating AI-driven processes using KPIs like efficiency gains, engagement lift and cost savings.
