What You'll Do
- Oversee the marketing department's budget (Demand and Supply), ensuring effective allocation between channels and monitor the usage
- Collaborate with finance team and vendors in managing the end-to-end process of handling quotations, generating purchase orders, and facilitating the invoicing procedures
- Responsible for purchasing and monitoring merchandise stock available or to be used for marketing purposes (Keychain, Tshirt, Pen, Spunbond bag)
- Manage vendor registration form and vendor data (Contact Person, Rate Card, Services, Portfolio,etc)
- Collaborate with third party that involved with marketing activities such as, influencer (individual/agency), visual/printing production, PR and SEO agency
- Support events and offline marketing execution excellence

- Detail oriented, ensuring high level of accuracy in budget trackers
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment workflows, and cost control
