Marketing Support Specialist

McCorvey Companies is one of the largest HVAC sheet metal contractors in the Southeast, headquartered in Houston, TX. We specialize in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and the ongoing maintenance of mechanical systems. We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized Marketing Support Specialist to contribute to our growing marketing operations and support company‑wide initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must hold a BBA in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for internal and external audiences.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage tasks related to branding, content creation, newsletters, and social media campaign execution.
• Assist leadership with the development and preparation of proposals, presentations, and related marketing materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for inbound vendor and customer requests.
• Provide logistical and on‑site support for company events across multiple regions; travel may be required throughout the year, including occasional weekends and evenings.
• Perform day‑to‑day administrative and business support tasks to help the department meet operational goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with department heads and external agencies on cross‑functional marketing projects.
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards and guidelines across all marketing channels and company communications.
• Maintain and track marketing inventory across all regions.
