The Marketing Specialist will be a part of the Global Support Services (GSS) team based out of India. They will work closely with marketing teams of various market groups to support marketing and analytical activities. This role will be responsible for updating and maintaining the marketing database, extensive coordination for events happening at global locations, as well as providing key metrics and analyzing data for sponsored content pieces and support in running marketing campaigns. Moreover, they will also be responsible for designing marketing materials from concept to completion, including copywriting and artwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing back-end support
- Using images, pre-defined templates, and other materials provided by the Marketing teams to generate:
- Emails – Supporting marketing programs and event logistics
- Landing Pages – Capturing contact data for program attribution for both demand-gen and events
- Webinar Configuration – Setting up the back-end logistics for webinar broadcasts
- Surveys – Create surveys in Qualtrics and enter hard copy post‐event responses, create event score cards
- Coordinate with global marketing team to run regional marketing campaigns
Contact List Development
- Generate lists of contacts for import based on defined search criteria using both data services and manual effort
- Lists will support both all market groups Marketing and Sales Territory data needs
Event Support
- Create nametags and tent cards for APAC and India events
- Serve as Customer Service liaison for book and HBR orders for APAC and India marketing events
- Administer the shipment of materials in APAC and India, ensuring timely processing of delivery through customs
- Coordinate marketing events keeping internal APAC and India team up‐to‐date on RSVPs
- Other related support activities as needed
Marketing Analytics and reporting
- Create analytical reports and dashboards to track activities of sponsors
- Generate presentations using power-point
- Tools
- Beneficial if you are familiar with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, Eloqua, Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics and most important of all is to be good with Power point, Excel and Data Analytics
Collaborative Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the functions of the all the market groups, such as Higher Education, Corporate Learning, HBR
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Understanding of the Marketing (both traditional and digital) and Marketing Analysis
- Experience in Analytical Tools, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization
- Designing graphics related to marketing activities would be an added advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools – especially MS-Excel and MS-Power Point
- Knowledge of Programing is desirable
- Organized, detail oriented, and creative mindset with superior communication skills
- Minimum qualification required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, however, a Master’s Degree is advantageous
- 2-4 Years of relevant experience
