NaphCare is hiring a Part Time Marketing Support Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team at our Corporate Headquarters located in Birmingham, AL.
The Part-Time Marketing Support Coordinator provides hands-on support for marketing events, fulfillment, and department operations. Positioned one level above an internship, this role offers ownership of assigned tasks and projects without supervisory responsibility.
Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics for conferences, hiring events, and other marketing activities.
- Organize, package, and ship marketing materials, giveaways, and event supplies.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate replenishment of materials.
- Assist with event registration, setup, breakdown, and on-site support.
- Coordinate printing projects and communicate with outside vendors.
- Track project requests, deadlines, deliveries, and fulfillment needs.
- Provide basic support for marketing content, presentations, and collateral.
- Support additional administrative and operational needs of the department.
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe products, or project-management tools is a plus.
- Ability to lift event materials and support local travel, conferences, or events as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation.
