In this role you will support our Events Manager in the organisation of exhibitions worldwide. These events will be physical, digital as well as hybrid events. You will be responsible for handling of marketing materials and giveaways and you will be supporting in operative and administrative work of internal and external events.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with local teams on the organization of trade shows and events
  • Support communication and alignment with associations
  • Brochure reprints
  • Stock marketing material (order processing, organization of re-orders, preparation of shipments)
  • Support and organize event logistics including hotel accommodations (for major events), food and beverage service, meeting room setup, etc.;
  • Back office support to events with Handling event billing, payment of invoices, and financial closure;
  • support in updating the Company Website and coordination with other internal departments 
  • supporting internally for e-mail campaigns, and marketing automation (HubSpot)
  • support to digital & in-person events organization
  • coordinate with Event Manager & Digital Manager

Qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • Strong organizing skills
  • Good communicator
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Internationally oriented
  • Good anallytical skills;
  • Excellent database management and software skills
  • Willingness to learn and support the development of processes for the area
  • Ongoing or completed University degree (business administration, communication or similar)
