Join Canon EMEA as a B2B Marketing Strategy Specialist and play a key role in shaping the future of our Imaging Technologies Consumer Group (ITCG). In this strategic role, you'll transform market insights and business priorities into innovative marketing strategies that drive growth across Europe.
Working closely with the B2B Marketing Manager and collaborating with teams across the business, you'll lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing plans, product launches and campaigns that make a measurable commercial impact. Responsibilities- Own the marketing strategy for your assigned sectors, developing insight-led plans that support ITCG's commercial objectives and Mid-Term Plan.
- Turn market intelligence into action by analysing customer, competitor and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic direction.
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, lifecycle activity and key sector events that drive measurable business results.
- Develop compelling marketing briefs that provide clear strategic direction, align stakeholders and enable outstanding campaign execution.
- Manage end-to-end marketing plans, from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation and performance measurement.
- Own your sector marketing budget, ensuring effective investment, robust financial governance and maximum return on marketing spend.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Digital and Marketing teams to deliver customer-centric campaigns that support commercial priorities across Europe.
- Partner with National Sales Organisations (NSOs) and external agencies to ensure consistent execution while adapting strategies to local market needs.
- Monitor campaign and market performance, using data and insights to continuously optimise activity and improve commercial outcomes.
- Act as the recognised marketing expert for your sectors, providing strategic insight, thought leadership and innovative ideas that influence business decisions.
- Champion marketing excellence, staying ahead of market, technology and customer trends while continuously developing your own expertise and helping Canon remain at the forefront of B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a technology, imaging or solutions-led environment.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into commercially impactful marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across functions, markets and seniority levels.
- Commercially minded, with experience managing marketing budgets and optimising investment to maximise ROI.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading complex marketing projects from concept through to execution, ensuring successful delivery against objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, using customer, market and performance data to inform decisions and continuously improve results.

Salary up to £47,000 - 56,185 plus 10% bonus (dependant on experience)
