This role is an integral part of our Marketing team, supporting the development and execution of branded programs that enhance our client experience and uphold our brand standards. Reporting to the Marketing Project Manager and working onsite three days per week, this position partners closely with cross‑functional teams to bring merchandise, packaging, and marketing requests to life with accuracy, creativity, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, balancing project coordination, vendor communication, and workflow management while ensuring every detail—from artwork to timelines to trademarks—is meticulously organized and consistently aligned with our brand.

What You Will Be Doing

Bring Branded Programs to Life

  • Support the execution of branded merchandise, sales tools, and packaging programs that elevate our client experience and reflect our brand standards.
  • Research and source new, innovative items and materials while identifying opportunities to enhance existing programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Talent, and Activation to gather insights, feedback, and evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Content team to request and refine artwork, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and external vendors to align on specifications, timelines, and production details.
  • Track order progress, manage timelines, and proactively communicate updates, including statuses and ETAs.
  • Maintain organized records of vendor information, pricing, and our branded product library.

Manage and Optimize Marketing Requests

  • Serve as a key point of coordination for incoming marketing requests, ensuring they are properly reviewed, prioritized, and assigned.
  • Monitor progress of open requests, following up proactively to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication with requestors, providing updates and ensuring alignment on expectations.
  • Track and report on key metrics to identify trends, improve workflows, and support continuous improvement.

Support Team Operations

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to ensure team efficiency and organization.
  • Manage and update projects within task management systems, ensuring visibility and accountability across initiatives.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, capturing key notes, action items, and next steps to drive progress.
  • Support a variety of team initiatives and projects, stepping in where needed to ensure successful execution.
  • Assist in the coordination and maintenance of trademarks, helping to protect and uphold our brand.
