Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Directly supports all aspects of Cirrus marketing efforts in Europe
  • Directly supports marketing events within Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States
    • Participation in aviation communities (AOPA/COPA Europe, pilot clubs, etc.).
    • Manage event evaluation and post-event reporting to improve performance.
  • Equips the European sales team with sales materials and marketing collateral
  • Coordinates with marketing and sales teams to execute individual tasks of a marketing plan
  • Analyzes marketing data to help shape upcoming marketing strategies
  • Researches opportunities for future lifestyle and co-branded events
  • Ability to travel within Europe and occasionally to the United States

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Two years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with luxury goods or products
  • Previous experience with General Aviation – especially in Europe – is desired; pilot experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, additional photography/video skills are preferred
  • Fluency in English is required (Spoken, Written and Reading), fluency in additional European languages is preferred (French and German).
  • Conversant in current email and digital marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated use of social media to increase brand awareness and engagement is preferred
  • Solid computer skills well-organized and detail oriented
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills are preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage competing work demands and multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • Experience managing agency relationships.
  • Comfort working in a global organization, balancing global strategy with regional needs.
  • Up to 50% travel on average but could be 75% with seasonal demands.
