Marketing Strategic Planner - MBA Leadership Program Class of 2027

Emerson’s MBA Leadership Program is a four-year, two-rotation experience designed to develop the next generation of senior leaders. We are seeking high-potential MBA candidates to start the program as a Marketing Strategic Planner, a unique opportunity to shape the future of Emerson’s business strategy while accelerating your career.

As a Marketing Strategic Planner, you will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that influence the direction of Emerson’s global operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about solving complex business problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to make a measurable impact. 

Rotation 1: Marketing Strategic Planner

Begin your journey at Emerson’s global headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Join the Enterprise Marketing team and contribute to high-visibility projects that support long-term growth and transformation. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, analyze market and competitive dynamics, and help shape strategic priorities. Participate in leadership development programs, executive mentorship, and networking opportunities.

In Rotation 2: Own your Career

After your initial full-time role, we will work together to identify a second role at Emerson that matches your skills, aspirations, and interests with the best opportunities available for your development and advancement. Continued accelerated development focus throughout the second role will best prepare you for what’s next. At the end of the program, use the foundational experiences, expansive network, and mastered competencies to be an effective Senior Leader in the organization.

For this Role, You Will Need:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, science, business, or a related field

• Recently completed or are working towards the completion of an MBA 
• You have 1-3 years’ relevant experience
