Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign delivery across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create promotional materials and sales support tools.
  • Manage social media accounts to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data interpretation tools.
