We’re looking for a hands-on marketing specialist who can combine strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll drive content, campaigns, and community to fuel Deed’s growth from the ground up. What You’ll Do
Campaigns & Strategy
Plan and execute integrated campaigns (social, email, paid, PR, offline) that build awareness and drive sign-ups.
Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Run influencer/UGC campaigns end-to-end (briefing, content review, reporting).
Content & Storytelling
Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) comfortable appearing on camera.
Write sharp copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and scripts.
Publish blog posts, newsletters, and social posts that educate and inspire investors.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor KPIs (CAC, CPL, conversion funnels, engagement, retention).
Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Looker Studio, Power BI to track and optimize.
Run A/B tests and continuously iterate on campaigns.
Collaboration & Brand
Work with Product & Design on UX copy (website, onboarding, in-app).
Align with Sales/SDR to ensure smooth lead flow and qualified hand-off.
Partner with Success to showcase investor stories and build community trust.
Uphold brand guidelines and ensure Deed’s voice stays sharp, credible, and user-first.
Offline & PR
Support events, activations, and PR moments that drive visibility and credibility
Contribute ideas and execution to offline initiatives that connect with users directly.
You’ll Be a Fit If You
2–5 years’ experience in brand, content, or growth marketing (startup/fintech/proptech a plus).
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Confident both on and off camera; skilled in short-form video and storytelling.
Strong copywriter, clear, persuasive, strategic.
Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Figma (or quick to learn).
Data-driven and analytical, you care about what works and track it.
Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Looker Studio, Power BI (experience with customer engagement platforms such as Braze, WebEngage, or CleverTap is a strong plus)
Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and genuinely user-focused.

Skills Required
- 2-5 years' experience in brand, content, or growth marketing (startup/fintech/proptech a plus)
